A few weeks before the first night. That leaves time to set up funds, place the kiosks, and run a test gift on each one before the Taraweeh crowd arrives.
Can donors give every night of the last ten nights?
Yes. During Ramadan, donors who give online are offered a daily gift for each remaining night. They pick the amount once.
Can we collect Zakat al-Fitr separately?
Yes. Set it up as its own fund. It appears on the kiosk and the giving page, and its total stays separate in reports.
Can we change the kiosk screen for Eid?
Yes. Update the headline, photo, funds and suggested amounts in the browser editor and publish to every screen before Eid prayer.
Do Ramadan donors stay after Eid?
Any kiosk or online gift can be made monthly, so donors who start in Ramadan can keep giving through the rest of the year.
