Macy's matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations; DTD-hosted Federated/Macy guideline excludes gifts to places of worship such as churches, synagogues, or mosques unless they are part of an organization that otherwise qualifies for a matching gift
• Houses Of Worship Excluded
• Faith-based eligibility: Conditional
• Volunteer grant program is also listed

Macy's Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Macy's's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit while the gift is still eligible: within one year of donation date.
