UnitedHealth Group matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Variety of nonprofits including education, health and human services, arts and cultural, civic/community, environmental, and many other nonprofits per public page. DTD-hosted external match guideline says faith-based organizations are eligible if the program primarily provides social services

UnitedHealth Group Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open UnitedHealth Group's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit the request before the employer's current deadline.
