SAP America matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Health and human services
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Environmental organizations
• And many other organizations

Nonprofit eligibility: Most nonprofits including education, health and human services, arts and cultural organizations, civic/community organizations, environmental organizations, and many other organizations are listed.

Faith-based eligibility: Not disclosed.

SAP America Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open SAP America's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit by December 31 of donation year.
