Matching Gift Program Details

PepsiCo matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Most nonprofits, including education, health and human services, arts/cultural, civic/community, environmental, and most 501(c)(3) organizations; public PepsiCo form excludes religious-purpose gifts unless specified for community outreach
• Religious Activity Excluded
• Faith-based eligibility: Conditional
• Volunteer grant program is also listed

PepsiCo Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open PepsiCo's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit while the gift is still eligible: within 6 months of gift date.
