Matching Gift Program Details

OneDigital Health and Benefits matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Health and human services
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Environmental organizations
• And most 501 (c)(3) organizations

OneDigital Health and Benefits Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open OneDigital Health and Benefits's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit by Employees must submit their completed matching gift request within 60 days of the original donation to be eligible for a match.
