Midco matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Most U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in social welfare, arts, human services, civic environment, community development, K-12 schools, and colleges/universities
• Religious Activity Excluded
• Faith-based eligibility: Excluded

Midco Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Midco's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit by Requests for matching donations must be received by the Midco Foundation in the same calendar year as the donation is made..
