Matching Gift Program Details

Medtronic matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Higher education
• K-12 schools
• Arts & cultural organizations
• Environmental organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Health and human services

Nonprofit eligibility: Most nonprofits including higher education, K-12 schools, arts and cultural organizations, environmental organizations, civic and community organizations, health and human services, and most other 501(c)(3) organizations; pooled donations and in-kind purchased items are not eligible.

Faith-based eligibility: Not disclosed.

Medtronic Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Medtronic's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit while the gift is still eligible: within 90 days for offline donations.
