MassMutual matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Most nonprofits including education, health/human services, arts/culture, civic/community, environmental, and many other nonprofits; public MassMutual guide adds 501(c)(3) and religious exclusion detail
• Houses Of Worship Excluded
• Faith-based eligibility: Excluded
• Volunteer grant program is also listed

Nonprofit eligibility: Most nonprofits including education, health/human services, arts/culture, civic/community, environmental, and many other nonprofits; public MassMutual guide adds 501(c)(3) and religious exclusion detail.

Faith-based eligibility: Excluded.

MassMutual Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open MassMutual's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit by December 31 of the donation year.
