JPMorgan matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Donations through approved giving channels; religious organizations or programs promoting a faith/creed are ineligible, while non-religious programs under religious sponsorship may qualify when open to a cross-section of the community and not requiring religious participation per public Chase FAQ
• Religious Activity Excluded
• Faith-based eligibility: Conditional
• Volunteer grant program is also listed

JPMorgan Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open JPMorgan's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit by applications for gifts more than 12 months old will not be matched per public Chase FAQ.
