Matching Gift Program Details

Insperity matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Health and human services
• Military and Veteran Support
• Animal Services
• Civic and community organizations such as Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts, Boys & Girls Clubs, Salvation Army, Somebody Cares, Special Olympics, YMCA
• And many other organizations based on the organization's mission statement

Faith-based eligibility: Not disclosed.

Insperity Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Insperity's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit the request before the employer's current deadline.
