The following employee types may be eligible for matching.

Matching Gift Program Details

HP matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Health and human services
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Environmental organizations
• And nearly all others

Nonprofit eligibility: Most nonprofits; official HP Foundation restrictions exclude churches, houses of worship, and religious or sectarian programs for religious purposes or religious training.

Faith-based eligibility: Excluded.

HP Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open HP's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit the request before the employer's current deadline.
