Matching Gift Program Details

Halliburton matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Matches to Higher Education: Halliburton matches employee donations up to $20,000 annually to colleges and universities. The company provides a 2:1 match on these donations
• Matches to K-12 Schools: Halliburton matches employee donations of up to $500 to primary and secondary schools

Nonprofit eligibility: Program-specific: accredited U.S. colleges, universities, junior colleges, affiliated education organizations, K-12 schools with lower cap, and Giving Choices registered charities during the annual campaign.

Faith-based eligibility: Excluded.

Halliburton Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Halliburton's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit the request before the employer's current deadline.
