• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Environmental organizations
• Private educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Support organizations, like PTAs, for Public Educational institutions (K-12 included)

Nonprofit eligibility: Most nonprofits, including health and human services, arts/cultural, civic/community, environmental, private educational institutions, public/private higher education, and most other nonprofits per source.

Faith-based eligibility: Not disclosed.

GlaxoSmithKline Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open GlaxoSmithKline's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit while the gift is still eligible: within 90 days of donation date.
