Matching Gift Program Details

Eversource Energy matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Environmental organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Health and human service organizations
• And most other 501(c)(3) organizations

Nonprofit eligibility: U.S. 501(c)(3) organizations and not-for-profit organizations such as public schools. Religious groups are excluded except for social-service activities. Recipient organization calendar-year cap is $10,000 per form.

Faith-based eligibility: Conditional.

Eversource Energy Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Eversource Energy's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit by matching gift requests must be submitted by December 1 of the gift year.
