• Eligible U.S. 501(c)(3) public charities and qualifying international charities pre-vetted through CAFA; DTD lists education, health/human services, arts/culture, environment, and civic/community categories; donations supporting religious programs whose principal purpose is propagating a faith, creed, or doctrine are excluded
• Religious Activity Excluded
• Faith-based eligibility: Conditional

Edwards Lifesciences Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Edwards Lifesciences's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit while the gift is still eligible: within one year of the donation date.
