Matching Gift Program Details

Crown Castle International matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Higher education institutions
• K-12 schools
• Health and human service organizations
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Environmental organizations
• Civic and community organizations

Nonprofit eligibility: Most U.S.-based IRS 501(c)(3) organizations, U.S. public and private schools, and U.S. accredited colleges and universities; political, fraternal, religious organizations and other listed exclusions are ineligible.

Faith-based eligibility: Excluded.

Crown Castle International Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Crown Castle International's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit by Matching Charitable Gift form must be documented and submitted to the Your Connection team within 45 days of the teammate gift, as documented on the receipt.
