ConocoPhillips matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Most U.S. 501(c)(3) public charities, qualifying government entities, and accredited educational institutions; churches, mosques, synagogues, other faith-based houses of worship, and organizations with a sectarian religious primary purpose are excluded except qualifying accredited educational institutions
• Houses Of Worship Excluded
• Faith-based eligibility: Excluded
• Volunteer grant program is also listed

ConocoPhillips Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open ConocoPhillips's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit by eligible organization confirmation for gifts made January 1 through December 31 must be received by January 31 of the following year.
