Matching Gift Program Details
Citizens Financial Group, Inc matches employee donations under the guidelines below:
- Donations must be made via the company giving link. Eligible categories include hunger, financial literacy, economic development, job training, small business development, affordable housing, neighborhood revitalization, and select other 501(c)(3) organizations; political, fraternal, religious, professional, single-disease, and medical organizations do not qualify
- Religious Activity Excluded
- Faith-based eligibility: Excluded

Citizens Financial Group, Inc Matching Gift Submission Process
Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.
- Find your donation receipt.
- Open Citizens Financial Group, Inc's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
- Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
- Enter the donation amount and donation date.
- Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
- Submit by nonprofit confirmation within 6 months of employee submission.
