The following employee types may be eligible for matching.

Matching Gift Program Details

CDW matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Health and human services
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Environmental organizations
• And many other nonprofits

Nonprofit eligibility: U.S. or U.S. possession 501(c)(3) public charities; CDW form excludes organizations propagating religious belief or evangelistic effort and gifts to houses of worship.

Faith-based eligibility: Excluded.

CDW Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open CDW's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit while the gift is still eligible: within twelve months of gift date.

Submit through the matching portal at cdw.yourcause.com.
