Matching Gift Program Details

Bristow Group matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Health and human services
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Environmental organizations
• And most other 501(c)(3) organizations

Nonprofit eligibility: Most 501(c)(3) organizations. Supporting DTD-hosted Bristow Uplift PDF says religious organizations with U.S. 501(c)(3) or non-U.S. equivalent status are eligible, but donations made for religious purposes are not eligible unless specified for a non-faith-specific community outreach program.

Faith-based eligibility: Conditional.

Bristow Group Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Bristow Group's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit while the gift is still eligible: within one year of gift date.
