Matching Gift Program Details

Blackbaud matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Educational institutions
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Health and human service organizations
• Environmental organizations
• And most 501(c)(3) organizations excluding political and houses of worship

Nonprofit eligibility: Most 501(c)(3) nonprofits in education, arts/culture, civic/community, health/human services, and environmental categories, excluding political organizations and houses of worship.

Faith-based eligibility: Excluded.

Blackbaud Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Blackbaud's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit the request before the employer's current deadline.
