Bill and Melinda Gates Fou Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Bill and Melinda Gates Fou's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit while the gift is still eligible: within one year of donation date.
