Bank of the West matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• All 501(c)(3) nonprofits, including K-12 education, health and human services, arts and cultural, faith-based institutions, civic/community, environmental, and most other nonprofits per source
• Faith Based Allowed
• Faith-based eligibility: Allowed

Faith-based eligibility: Allowed.

Bank of the West Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Bank of the West's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit the request before the employer's current deadline.
