Matching Gift Program Details

Baird matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Health and human services
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Environmental organizations

Nonprofit eligibility: Most nonprofits, including K-12 education, health and human services, arts and cultural, civic/community, environmental, and most 501(c)(3) organizations; only employee donations made through the Baird Foundation are eligible.

Faith-based eligibility: Not disclosed.

Baird Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Baird's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit the request before the employer's current deadline.
