Avon matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Most nonprofits through Avon matching program; churches and religious organizations are not eligible except religious/spiritual 501(c)(3) charities providing community-at-large services regardless of faith and not evangelistic in nature
• Religious Activity Excluded
• Faith-based eligibility: Conditional

Avon Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Avon's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit the request before the employer's current deadline.
