Matching Gift Program Details

Aon Hewitt matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Educational institutions
• Health and human services
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Environmental organizations
• And many other nonprofits

Nonprofit eligibility: Eligible nonprofit categories; any religious organization or campaign, including churches, seminaries, and religious fund drives, is ineligible per public Aon Foundation guide.

Faith-based eligibility: Excluded.

Aon Hewitt Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Aon Hewitt's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit the request before the employer's current deadline.
