Amerigroup Foundation matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• Eligible organizations include IRS 501(c)(3) charities, public/private primary schools, broad-community faith-based projects, and certain public/government entities; religious organizations serving only their membership are ineligible

Amerigroup Foundation Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open Amerigroup Foundation's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit by recipient organization must return completed form within 90 days of receiving donor gift.
