AK Steel matches employee donations under the guidelines below:

• U.S. 501(c)(3)/509 public charities in eligible categories; religious organizations are excluded except accredited colleges and universities
• Religious Activity Excluded
• Faith-based eligibility: Excluded

AK Steel Matching Gift Submission Process

Submission mode: Employee Required. Employees should submit the matching gift request through the employer's giving portal or matching process.

1. Find your donation receipt.
2. Open AK Steel's matching-gift portal or employee giving process.
3. Search for the nonprofit you donated to.
4. Enter the donation amount and donation date.
5. Upload or reference your receipt if requested.
6. Submit while the gift is still eligible: within one year of the date of the gift.
